ECO - COAT Double Coating Unit
The Double Coating Unit is combination of Knife on Air and Knife on Cylinder unit on a unique designed body. For Low applied quantities, Knife on Air system shall perform desired level of penetration, whereas, for medium and high quantities, Knife on Cyclinder can be the best option. tecnical textile

ECO-COAT Screen Coating Unit
ECO-COAT Screen Coating Unit can be adopted to Double Coating Unitand the system can be called as Triple System.
ECO-COAT Screen Coating Unit can also be integrated to the entry frame of the stenter.
With very gentle penetration, the wove fabric is perfectly coated either by paste or foam coating.
- Mostly suitable for woven fabric.

ECO -COAT & LAM Hot Melt Coating and Laminating mch ensure the best possible application of polyurethane addesive to one surface with a hot roller in order to bond it yo another. The compact machine design minimizes not only the employee expenses but also allows the production of small batches for highest flexibility.
