Carpet Embossing Unit

The Carpet Embossing Unit has two rollers: an engraved, chrome-plated steel roller on top and a rubber-covered counter roller below. The top roller moves up and down pneumatically, and embossing pressure is set through the pneumatic system. The roller pair is designed to give an even pressure distribution across the carpet width and a consistent pattern depth.

The unit is equipped with automatic carpet tension control integrated into the line automation: tension is monitored continuously through sensors and drives and regulated automatically. That reduces the risk of waviness and creasing, keeps embossing quality steady and allows quick changeover between carpet types. Independently quotable.
