A typical carpet-back coating line. CEMAY builds the coating machine; the unwinder, accumulator, drying and winder units are supplied. The whole line is installed and commissioned on site by CEMAY engineering.

A new coating or lamination line investment begins with bringing the right units together in the right order. CEMAY designs your line from scratch for your product and capacity: we build the coating machine ourselves, supply the other units — unwinder, padder, drying, calender — and install and commission the whole line on site.

How it works

  1. Survey and needs analysis: your product, target capacity and site conditions are assessed.
  2. Line design: the coating method, drying type and unit configuration are set to the need.
  3. Manufacture and supply: the knife coating machine is built and the other units are supplied.
  4. Installation and commissioning: the line is assembled on site, calibrated and commissioned by CEMAY engineering.

When you need it

When you invest in a new line, add a new coating/lamination capability to existing production, or expand capacity.
